Charessa Dianne accepted Christ at an early age.  Her life was working with children, family, community and friends. 

She passed to eternal life on January 30, 2024.  Preceding her in death was her husband, Charles Brown; parents, Mr. John Herod and Mrs. Yvonne Herod Burns; three siblings, Larry Burns, William Burns and Michael Herod.

She leaves to cherish her memory:  four sisters, Cheryl Wiley, Shirley Poche', Barbara Herod, Valerie Herod Belay; 2 brothers, Johnny Wayne Herod, Anthony Herod; 3 step-children, Veronica Thomas, Tiffany Gillis, Waylon Johnson; one spoiled godson, Tayvion Adams, mother-in-law, Louise Jefferson; a host of brothers-in-law; one sister-in-law, a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
