On April 29, 1950, Louise was born to the late Amy Howard and Bennie Falcon.  She accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of the late Pastor Willie T. Tate at St. Matthew United Methodist Church of Pelican, Louisiana.  She is preceded in death by her mother and father; brother, Joseph Howard; and sister, Agnes "Ag' Davis. 

To cherish her memory:  an aunt, Eleanor Howard of Shreveport, LA; cousins and friends; precious friends, Beverly (Smokie) Jackson and Dorothy.
